Baked from our family recipe passed down through generations of Yorkshire farmer’s wives, our Rich Fruit Cake, is packed with a generous mix of currants, sultanas, raisins, mixed peel and glace cherries, ensuring each slice is richly fruited. This traditional recipe is warmed with a dash of rum and a mix of exotic spices including nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and cloves. Our Rich Fruit Cake is delicious as it is, but you can ice, decorate and stack it, to create a spectacular celebration cake for a wedding, Christening, birthday or other special occasion if you wish.
