Baked from our family recipe passed down through generations of Yorkshire farmer’s wives, our Rich Fruit Cake, is packed with a generous mix of currants, sultanas, raisins, mixed peel and glace cherries, ensuring each slice is richly fruited. This traditional recipe is warmed with a dash of rum and a mix of exotic spices including nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and cloves. It’s a rich and moist treat with tea, or perfect after dinner with glass of something warming. It is also ideal served alongside a British cheeseboard.
